Is there really no lock-in contract?
Correct. You can change plans with one click as your call volume moves, and there’s no fixed-term commitment. We’d rather earn the renewal each month.
How quickly can we be live?
Most shops are taking live calls through Ovenly within two weeks of the kick-off call. We handle the menu build, the voice setup, the POS connection and the testing, then go live with you watching the first day.
What if I outgrow my plan?

Are there any per-order or payment fees?
No per-order commission from us, that’s the whole point versus the aggregators. Standard Stripe processing fees apply to card payments, as they would with any card terminal.
