Terms of Service.
The terms that govern your use of the Ovenly website and AI phone ordering service.
Last updated: 6 June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ovenly website and the Ovenly AI phone ordering service. By using our website or service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
About Ovenly
Ovenly provides an AI powered phone answering and ordering service for hospitality venues. We answer calls, take orders and bookings, process payments where enabled, and pass orders to the venue.
Using our website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its normal operation.
Service for venues
- The specific features, pricing and inclusions of your plan are set out at the time you sign up.
- Plans are billed monthly. You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel in line with your plan terms.
- You are responsible for ensuring the menu, pricing and other information you provide to us is accurate and kept up to date.
- You are responsible for complying with your own legal obligations, including notifying callers of call recording where required, food safety, and consumer law.
Orders and bookings
Ovenly takes orders and bookings on behalf of the venue. The contract for any food, goods or booking is between the customer and the venue, not with Ovenly. The venue is responsible for fulfilling orders and honouring bookings.
Payments
Where payment is taken over the phone, it is processed by our third party payment provider. Refunds, cancellations and order disputes are handled by the venue in line with the venue's own policies and Australian Consumer Law.
Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error free. We may carry out maintenance, updates or changes from time to time.
Intellectual property
All content on this website and the Ovenly software, including text, graphics, logos and the Ovenly name, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ovenly is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date it was last updated.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
